How many photos can I add?

Anywhere from 1 to 9. The collage rearranges itself to fit how many you add, so 3 photos look just as good as 9. Photo 1 gets the biggest spot, and you can tap ★ on any photo to make it the main one.

What photos print best?

Bright, sharp photos with faces close up. Phone photos are perfect, just upload the original from your camera roll rather than a screenshot or a photo saved from social media.

Can I add a name or a message?

Yes, it's optional. Add a family name, your pet's name, a year or an inside joke (up to 30 characters) and pick Script, Classic or Vintage lettering. It gets its own spot in the collage.

Is the preview what I'll get?

Yes. The preview is the exact print layout: your photos, their positions and your text are printed as shown, in high resolution across the front of the bag. Tap Zoom in to check every photo up close. Colors on screen can look slightly different from the printed bag.

Is it really waterproof?

The bag is made of soft, durable EVA. It's waterproof, washable and tip-proof: rinse off sand and spills at the end of the day and it's ready for the next trip. It holds up to 40 lbs.

How long does it take?

Each bag is printed to order in a few days, then shipped with tracking. US delivery usually takes 7 to 12 business days.

What if something is wrong?

Because every bag is made just for you, we can't take returns for a change of mind. If anything is wrong with your bag, email ceeprints.support@gmail.com within 30 days and we'll make it right.
