Shipping Policy

At Ceeprints, all items are made-to-order, ensuring that each product is crafted specifically for you, one at a time, to maintain the highest quality standards.

We collaborate with talented artists and reliable manufacturers worldwide. This allows us to deliver unique products at competitive prices while maintaining a global delivery network.

Shipping carriers: USPS, DHL, Local Post...

Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.

 

 

Cancellation & Modification

 

At Ceeprints, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please send us an email at ceeprints.store@gmail.com with your order number and the request. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible for cancellation or modification within 2 hours of placing it. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.

Please be informed that:

  • If you request a cancellation or modification after the 2-hour window and it's still possible, a 30% fee of the total order value will apply to cover management costs.
  • We cannot guarantee timely delivery if design modifications are needed, as this will require additional time to modify your design.

Estimate Time Of Arrival

 

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. 

 

In addition to our representative office in the United States, where we create and develop our designs, we also maintain a production facility in the U.S. Beyond this, we have established a global manufacturing network with facilities in China, India, Australia, and more. Your order will be shipped from one of these facilities, depending on the specifics of your order. This global network enables us to streamline our processes and deliver efficiently. While shipping times may vary slightly based on the facility’s location, such variations are typically minimal.

 

For customers purchasing gifts or with urgent needs, we recommend contacting us at ceeprints.store@gmail.com before placing your order. This helps us verify the most accurate shipping information and avoid potential delays or inconveniences.

 

Please note that during busy special occasions, the estimated time of arrival (ETA) may be extended by a few additional days.

 

To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the time frame below. It includes our most popular products and the following time periods:

  • Production & Processing Time 5-7 business days
  • Shipping Time (from the date that it is shipped out, not the day the order is placed):

          - Standard Shipping: 12-20 business days

          - Express Shipping: 4-6 business days

 

 

Order Tracking

 

Once shipped, you will receive email notifications and may log in to our website for real-time tracking. Note that some orders may be sent using multiple parcels. In these cases, you will receive multiple emails and tracking numbers.

 

Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

 

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us at ceeprints.store@gmail.com, and we can take care of this for you.

 

 

Incorrect Address

 

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

  • If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. 
  • We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender (as all of the items would be donated right after they come back to our warehouse)

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
